Alex Goudreau

Science & Health Sciences Librarian
UNB Saint John

My role is to support students and faculty with their research and general library needs. I'm working on campus from my office in the Hans W. Klohn Commons, and will be meeting with students and faculty virtually through Teams. You may also see me teaching through Teams, and recorded videos. I recognize and respectfully acknowledge that all interactions on UNB Saint John campus take place on unsurrendered and unceded traditional lands of Wolastoqiyik.

You can reach me by email:, or search for me in Teams to send me a chat message.

I joined UNB Libraries as the Science & Health Sciences Librarian in November 2017. Before this, I was a librarian with the New Brunswick Public Libraries, and also worked for five years as a Health Sciences Librarian at Horizon Health Network. I'm a UNB alumni, receiving my Bachelor of Arts in 2006, Master of Arts in History. I received my Master of Library and Information Science from Western University in 2009.
